Accommodation is divided over two main areas making it ideal for multi-generational groups to spread out and relax and there are several fabulous terraces for outdoor socialising and entertaining. Add to this a large private bathing platform offering direct access to the sea and it’s easy to see why Mavi Koy is the jewel in the crown of this much-loved Turkish town.

The main villa is light and airy, with expansive glass windows and sliding doors that effortlessly connect stylish interiors with the generously furnished terrace and stunning views beyond. There are two double bedrooms here, a well-equipped kitchen and large open plan living area leading out onto the pool terrace and a spacious outdoor dining area. You’ll also find a wonderfully convivial bar where you can chill your favourite tipple to perfection and enjoy the spectacle as the sun goes down and the lights across the bay begin to shimmer in the twilight.

Accessed from a lower terrace with private jacuzzi, are three further double bedroom and a twin (all en-suite) and from here, it’s a few steps down to another glorious terrace with its own shaded dining area, summer kitchen and barbecue. This is a blissful spot for a leisurely morning en famille and a private chef to serve breakfast is included in your stay, for a delicious and hassle-free start to each day.

The large bathing platform is more than able to host all guests of Mavi Koy; in fact, on occasion it has been a favourite Kalkan spot for conducting wedding ceremonies! But if you are here purely to celebrate the joy of togetherness, the abundance of space means that even with a party of 12, your accommodation will never feel overcrowded.

Dive into the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean, explore the nearby coastline on one of the villa’s kayaks or while away a couple of hours playing pool or table tennis as the mood takes you. And for fitness enthusiasts, a small gym ensures you can maintain your workout routine on holiday too.
