All guests staying in Kalkan are treated to a complimentary Turkish bath (hamam) treatment in the Kalkan Regency hotel's renowned spa and a day trip on the hotel’s traditional gület boat, Poseidon, with lunch and a welcome glass of bubbles included (additional drinks will need to be paid for on board). What a fantastic stay in Kalkan! The whole holiday was amazing from the ease of booking, holiday info and updates, location and local knowledge; even a number for a local cab!! Great holiday and will definately book again.

Lovely restful week – loved the garden and pool. Enjoyed our hammam and Poseidon trip. Had some great food. Big thanks to Kitty who looked after us so well, including minor glitch with car!
What a wonderful time we have had at Villa Balik. We have enjoyed every minute both relaxing around the pool at the villa and experiencing all of the things mentioned by previous guests. We combined the hammam at the Kalkan Regency with the Turkish barbecue there, which made an excellent evening. Sea kayaking round Kekova was a real highlight as was the breakfast at Bel Mvar but basically it was all fantastic. On a practical note, Pasaport Pizza was an excellent option when we didn’t fancy going out – great pizzas delivered in around 20 minutes! Kitty was super helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. Thank you Simpson Travel – another great holiday. Hopefully we will return to Kalkan and Villa Balik again one day.

We have had a great week in the beautiful villa. Ate out every night. By far our favourite was Baharst in Kalkan – best steak we have ever had! Lai is fab as well. Kitty is so helpful and informative. A real credit to Simpson Travel.
Lovely lazy days in this superb villa! We have been to Kalkan MANY times, so just longe lizards around the pool and why not?! Kitty was great, gave us some good taxi contacts to ferry into town any evening. Korsan catering was fab. Simpson are fabulous!
We had an enjoyable 2 week holiday in this quirky villa. Pool man/handyman/ bread delivery man very helpful. Beach club water-taxi excellent for getting to town. Taxi's cheap to return home later. Huge selection of restaurants in Kalkan and none were disappointing. Lazy days around the pool are peaceful. An excellent restful holiday. May well return.
What a lovely 2 weeks we've had at Villa Balik. Found some lovely restaurants, the boat trip was lovely and the hammam was a lovely experience too. All in all a lovely holiday.

We have had a lovely, relaxing holiday. Really enjoyed being pulled across the bay by a speedboat in the inflatables, lazing by the pool and swimming in the sea. A much needed break from it all, love this place!

Villa Balik is in a ‘suburb’ of Kalkan which made it ideal for a quiet and scenic base for the holiday. There is a great, inexpensive water taxi service across the bay to Kalkan for a wide choice of restaurants, shops and other amenities. The day cruise included was superb as was the complimentary Turkish bath at the Kalkan Regency Hotel – a new and memorable experience. The whole holiday experience was of the highest quality; Simpson never fails.
A truly magical week in Kalkan. Villa Balik is a gem! We thoroughly enjoyed sunsets on the terrace, the gorgeous Moroccan pool and mornings under the olive tree! The perfect getaway for our first wedding anniversary. Patara sunset was amazing. Thank you for an incredible holiday.
Our first visit to Kalkan after hearing about it from many friends! A lovely week in Villa Balik, which was a home from home – we enjoyed the garden and pool. Kalkan old town is very atmospheric, although we weren’t expecting the ‘luxury retail shopping’! Vicki was a star throughout and the usual efficient Simpson service.

Another year on and still the best villa in Kalkan! The garden is maturing beautifully and all the familiar furnishings are so welcoming. The new air-conditioning is spectacularly efficient and controllable, making the rooms so comfortable...
It has been such a pleasure to stay in this truly delightful villa! The layout is perfect and the gardens are kept beautifully. Although we had a car it has been hard to leave this special place – relaxing by the pool in the day and enjoying a cold glass of rosé on the roof terrace before heading off to Kalkan for the evening.
Thank you for an all round great experience in Kalkan and providing such a lovely villa to stay in.

Thank you for allowing us to inhabit your beautiful, wonderfully equipped cottage! We enjoyed sun and shade from every angle and all forms of seating. The flowers, plants and trees are delightful and bring vivid colors to the pale stone. So many different places to sit and eat our barbecues – sip our cocktails in the early evening sunshine and under the stars.
We have had a fabulous stay in this beautiful house with natural shade at any time of the day and the most beautiful view of the bay from the terrace. We have stayed in many villas but this is by far the best.
Villa Balik was the ultimate holiday bolthole, every detail was considered from the gorgeous pool to the excellent roof terrace. A gardener visited every day to bring bread and tend to the pool and flowers. Bridgette, the local representative was really helpful. We were a stone's throw from the beach club with slides which the children loved and a short drive/water taxi to the main town. Can highly recommend.
