Loyalty Club Terms and Conditions

Membership

  1. Membership can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Simpson Travel.
  2. In order to be added/remain in the Simpson Travel Loyalty Club, members must meet the conditions below to be considered eligible which must then be approved by the Loyalty Club Concierge.
    • Bronze: 2 confirmed bookings in the last 2 years
    • Silver: £25,000 lifetime spend or 5 confirmed bookings in the last 5 years
    • Gold: £45,000 lifetime spend or 10 confirmed bookings in the last 10 years
    • Diamond: £70,000 lifetime spend
    • Silver, Gold and Diamond members must have had a confirmed booking within the last 3 years to maintain the tier regardless of lifetime spend
  3. Lifetime spend is calculated as the sum of the listed price on confirmed Simpson Travel bookings which the client has already returned from.
  4. Bookings must be made by a single client. Loyalty Club tier status is calculated based on a single customer profile (the 'lead passenger') with all passengers connected to a booking forming part of the lead passenger profile.
  5. The number of confirmed bookings in a given time frame is determined by departure date.
  6. If two or more bookings are made for consecutive dates, they will be treated as one single booking.
  7. If a confirmed booking is made that would result in a member moving between tiers, any additional benefits will not apply to said booking. Any change in tier will instead come into effect upon the return date of the booking in question, and additional benefits can be applied when the next confirmed booking is made.
  8. Bookings must be made directly with Simpson Travel to qualify for Loyalty Club membership.

Rewards

  1. Upon confirming a booking, Loyalty Club members will be given a monetary allowance (determined by membership tier) to spend on a range of Travel Extras, which must be booked through Simpson Travel.
    • This allowance is only applicable to the current booking and cannot be carried over for use in the future. Any unspent amount is lost.
    • Please note this can not be given as cash
    • All Loyalty extras are subject to availability and local restrictions
  2. The '2nd holiday scheme' entitles Loyalty Club members to a discount when booking a second holiday that departs in the same calendar year as the first holiday.
    • Discount applies to the accommodation component of a booking only. Where a flight-inclusive package price is advertised or car hire and transfers are included, we will deduct the cost of the non-accommodation components before applying the discount
    • Certain properties are excluded, including all France villas (where we act as an agent for the owner) and all properties where we have to request availability from the owner
    • 2nd holiday discount must be applied at the time of booking and is calculated as a percentage of the lowest value holiday then applied to the holiday with the latest departure date. Both holidays must be in the same calendar year.
  3. The '3rd holiday scheme' entitles Loyalty Club members to a discount when booking a third holiday that departs in the same calendar year as the first and second holidays.
    • Discount applies to the accommodation component of a booking only. Where a flight-inclusive package price is advertised or car hire and transfers are included, we will deduct the cost of the non-accommodation components before applying the discount
    • Certain properties are excluded, including all France villas (where we act as an agent for the owner) and all properties where we have to request availability from the owner
    • 3rd holiday discount must be applied at the time of booking and is calculated as a percentage of the second lowest value holiday then applied to the holiday with the latest departure date. All holidays must be in the same calendar year.
  4. The second and third holiday discounts apply to holidays taken in the same departure year.
  5. Loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
  6. Upon reaching a lifetime spend of £100,000, Diamond tier members will be notified that they are eligible to receive a complimentary holiday worth up to £5,000.
    • This value must be redeemed against the listed accommodation component of a booking only. Where a flight-inclusive package price is advertised or car hire and transfers are included, we will deduct the cost of the non-accommodation components before applying the value
    • Certain properties are excluded, including all France villas (where we act as an agent for the owner) and all properties where we have to request availability from the owner
    • Holiday must be booked within 12 months of receiving notification

  2. The policy is subject to revision as and when necessary. Criteria and rewards are also subject to change.
  3. The Fortnum & Mason hamper offer applies to current Loyalty Club members only.
  4. To qualify for the 'Refer a Friend' offer, which rewards referrals with either £100 Loyalty Extras or a Fortnum & Mason hamper, either the referred friend or the loyalty club member must declare this referral at the time of booking, defined as the week the new client books their holiday.
